01What we collect

Only what you enter in the quote form: the currencies and the amount, your name, your city and country, your preferred contact method and the contact details for it, and any message you add.

That is everything. There is no account, and nothing is collected in the background.

02What we do not collect

This website does not ask for identity documents, account numbers, wallet addresses or payment credentials, and you should not send them through it. Anything of that kind belongs in the onboarding process, directly with the desk.

We do not buy or sell personal data, and nothing you enter in the form is used for advertising.

03Cookies

One cookie remembers your language, and is set only if you change it.

If you accept, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load as well, so we can see how the site is used and measure our advertising. They set their own cookies and send data to Google and Meta.

In the EU, the UK and Switzerland none of that loads before you accept — not a script, not an image. Elsewhere it runs by default, and you can switch it off at any time through the Cookies link at the foot of any page. A refusal is remembered and honoured everywhere.

04How your enquiry is handled

Your enquiry is delivered to the desk so that a representative can reply with a quote and the next steps. It also appears in the server log of our hosting provider, which is how a delivery failure would be noticed.

It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing, and it is not used to build a profile of you.

05Who else is involved

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Enquiries are delivered to the desk through the Telegram Bot API, operated by Telegram. Email you send to the desk is handled by our email provider. Each of them processes only what is needed to carry your message.

If you write to the desk directly on Telegram or WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to the messaging service’s own terms.

If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, Google and Meta also receive data about your visit, each under their own terms.

Meta receives it both from your browser and from our own server. The server sends your IP address and browser identification, and — when you send the quote form — a scrambled form of the city and country you chose. Scrambled so Meta cannot read them, and describing a whole city rather than a person. Your name, your contact details, the amount and your message are never sent.

06How long, and your rights

Enquiries are kept for as long as is needed to respond to them and to meet record-keeping obligations, and are deleted after that.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the address below.
